THE SUMMIT is a spiritual renewal experience for

ministers to focus on spiritual rest & renewal.

This is an opportunity for you to leave your

everyday ministry environments and retreat in a

setting that encourages your personal spiritual

growth. The gathering will be for a select group

of ministerial leaders and is intended to create

life-long relationships. The retreat will include

prayer, worship, encouragement, and challenge. It will be a time to rest, relax, laugh, eat great food, and drink lots of coffee. The format will be informal and include personal reflection, challenging sessions, and treasured conversations. We will eat at the lodge, take afternoon excursions, and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.

 

Robert Mullins Robert serves as the Executive Director of the Madison Baptist Association in Huntsville, Alabama.  He has over 33 years of ministry experience serving in the local church and denominational work. Robert has served in Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.  He has a passion to see people begin to follow Jesus and learn how to help others do the same! ​ He is the Executive Director of PassionTree Resources.

 

Alan Cagle is the Associate Worship Pastor at Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, Mississippi.  With over 17 years in ministry, Alan is a passionate disciple-maker and worship leader.  He has vision and wisdom to help others join in the process of becoming a disciple-maker and helps them to make it a natural part of their faith journey. Alan uses his passion for music to encourage and equip the body of Christ.

Brandon Fomby is a pastor from Tallassee, Alabama. Brandon is a gifted and dedicated chef and loves to minister to the body of Christ through this gift! He will serve as our chef and cook for the week and always does an OUTSTANDING job! You will definitely enjoy the cuisine on this retreat!

STEINER-BELL LODGE @ WAYFLOY MOUNTAIN VILLAGE in Gatlinburg, Tennessee 

Steiner-Bell Lodge is a 32 room hotel style lodge overlooking the Smoky Mountain’s Greenbriar Pinnacle. Each room has two queen beds, individual bathrooms and private balconies. On the first floor is a dining room that sits 64 people comfortably with a wood burning fire place and covered porch with rocking chairs. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in order to prepare your own meals. Upstairs is a large meeting room that can comfortably sit 120 people in theater set up, also with a wood burning fire place and covered porch. Linen and towels provided in rooms. The meeting room is equipped with a 52″ flat screen TV with HDMI hookup. WiFi also available.

The cost is $500 per attending person. You can also pay a $150 deposit and hold your spot!  It includes most meals, lodging, and all program fees - and worth every penny! (***partial and full scholarships available upon need. Do not hesitate to ask!)
